Detailed description of Bear Lakes Country Club, Links Golf Course
Bear Lakes Country Club is a Private, 36 hole golf facility located in West Palm Beach, Florida. The facility has two 18-hole golf courses. They are The Links Course and The Lakes Course.
Both courses were designed by Jack Nicklaus. The Lakes Course opened in 1984. The Links Course followed with its opening in 1987.
The Links Course at Bear Lakes Country Club __________
The course resembles a seaside Scottish Links course. From the five sets of tees through the rolling fairways to the expanded greens, this course layout winds itself through graceful mounds, well-placed bunkers, and clusters of native grasses. The Links Course offers a visual treat as well as an interesting challenge.
Bear Lakes Country Club, The Links Course plays to a maximum distance of 6,948 yards for a course rating of 73.2 and a slope rating of 129.
